By accessing deepsyn.ai or purchasing services from DeepSyn AI Systems (“Deepsyn”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Deepsyn provides AI visibility audits, strategic recommendations, and related deliverables designed to help brands understand how they appear inside AI recommendation systems such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity.
Deliverables, timelines, and scope depend on the plan selected at checkout or agreed in writing.
You agree to provide accurate brand, website, and contact information required to perform the audit.
You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to share any business information submitted to us.
You must not use our services for unlawful, misleading, or abusive purposes.
Fees are due as displayed at checkout unless otherwise agreed. Prices may change for future purchases.
Because audits involve manual analysis and reserved capacity, refunds are generally not offered once work has started. If we cannot deliver due to our error, we will offer a remedy or refund at our discretion.
Website content, branding, frameworks, and proprietary methodologies remain the property of Deepsyn.
Audit reports and client-specific deliverables are licensed to you for internal business use unless otherwise stated in your plan agreement.
We treat client brand data and audit findings as confidential and do not share them with third parties except as needed to deliver the service or as required by law.
AI platforms evolve frequently. Our analysis reflects conditions at the time of delivery and does not guarantee future rankings, recommendations, or revenue outcomes.
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deepsyn shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Questions about these Terms may be sent to contact@deepsyn.ai.
